No. You only pay a small fee after you finalize and book a rental house through Monk & Bear. If you don’t find a house, there’s no charge at all.

I have not yet informed the owner. How can I list?

Use “Visiting-Off” mode to explore houses privately. You can switch to “Visiting-On” once you’re ready to visit homes or accept visitors to your current one.

OR, start with "Visiting-On" directly. Find a new house for yourself first. Then inform you owner that you are willing to move to a new house.

Can I visit multiple rental flats before booking?

Absolutely. You can visit as many verified houses as you like until you find the perfect one.

Will anyone contact me directly after I list?
