You can still sign up to see all options. New homes are listed daily — signing up gives you first access to view and book before others.

• Do I Have to Pay Anything to Use Monk & Bear? ▼

No upfront fees. You only pay ₹2499 + GST after you find and book your next rental home through Monk & Bear.

If you don’t book, you don’t pay. There are no subscription fees, no hidden charges, and no brokers involved.
